🔄 Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible If:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You received a wrong, damaged, or defective product

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

❌ Not Eligible If:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with

  • The packaging is damaged due to customer mishandling

  • The return is requested after 7 days of delivery

  • The product is on sale or promotional offer (unless damaged)

📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide your Order Number, details of the issue, and a photo (if applicable)

  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions within 24–48 hours

  4. If approved, you’ll be asked to return the item to our address (courier charges may apply)

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping costs

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, easypaisa, or jazzcash, depending on your original payment method

🔁 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only allowed for the same product category and price

  • If the item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund

  • Please pack items securely to avoid damage during return shipping

  • Always keep your courier receipt until your return is processed

  • CosVt reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria
